Calicanto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, peach and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, citrus fruits, pineapple, pear, hazelnut and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and pineapple. Calicanto ages for 6 months in steel tanks.
