Grechetto dei Colli Martani shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and
hazelnut followed by aromas of pear, peach, hawthorn and broom. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, pear and plum. Grechetto dei Colli
Martani ages in steel tanks. |
