This Moscadello di Montalcino shows a brilliant golden color and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of raisin, dried apricot and candied fruits followed by aromas of peach jam, lychee, almond, honey, vanilla, citrus fruit peel and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of raisin, dried apricot and honey. This Moscadello di Montalcino ages in barrique for 6 months.
