Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Cinqueterre Tramonti shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and
hawthorn followed by aromas of citrus fruits, broom, almond, pear, fennel,
mineral and hints of iodine. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum
and pear. Cinqueterre Tramonti ferments and ages in barrique for 4 months. |
