Colli di Luni Vermentino Vigna del Prefetto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, citrus fruits and hawthorn followed by aromas of pear, pineapple, broom, almond, peach, mineral and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and peach. A part of this wine ferments and ages in barrique for 6 months.
