(Sicily) Petali Brut shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of banana, apple and yeast followed by aromas of pear, plum and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. Petali Brut is produced with the long Charmat method.

Alcohol: 12.5%
