Erice (Sicily) Erice Insolia Levantio shows a straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of plum, pineapple and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and almond. Erice Insolia Levantio ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%
