Score: ✧✧✧ |
Erice Catarratto Calebianche shows an intense straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean
and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, hawthorn and plum
followed by aromas of pear, citrus fruit, pineapple and broom. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors
of apple, plum and pear. Erice Catarratto Calebianche ages in steel tanks. |
