Red Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
This Rosso di Montepulciano shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of
ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, plum and violet followed
by aromas of raspberry, carob and vanilla. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced
by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. This Rosso di
Montepulciano ages in cask for 6 months. |
