The wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas that start with aromas of hawthorn, pear and apple followed by good
aromas of pineapple, broom, lemon and peach. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack however balanced, intense
flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple,
pear and apple. Serapis ages for 5 months in steel tanks followed by 3
months of aging in bottle. |
