Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Langhe Bianco Binel shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of
straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing
and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, banana and plum
followed by aromas of acacia, bread crust, hawthorn, grapefruit, mineral
and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and plum.
Chardonnay ferments in barrique and Riesling in steel tanks. Langhe Bianco
Binel ages in bottle for 6 months. |
