(Umbria) This Grechetto shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, hawthorn and pear followed by aromas of broom, plum and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. This Grechetto ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta with meat, Mushroom soups, Stuffed pasta, Sauteed meat, Broiled fish
