Trento (Trentino) Trento Brut Altemasi shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, banana and yeast followed by aromas of pear, plum and bread crust. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and plum. Trento Brut Altemasi referments in bottle on its lees for at least 15 months.

Alcohol: 12%
