Trento Brut Altemasi Millesimato shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast, banana, pear, praline and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and banana. Trento Brut Altemasi Millesimato ferments in barrique and referments in bottle on its lees for about 48 months.
