Greco di Tufo 2002
Montesolae - Colli Irpini (Italy)
Greco di Tufo (Campania)
The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and elegant
aromas that start with aromas of peach, pineapple and lemon followed by
aromas of acacia, hawthorn, broom, almond and pear. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack however well balanced by
alcohol, intense flavors, good body, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of peach, pear and pineapple. This Greco di Tufo ages for 3
months in bottle. |
