Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Passerina Spumante Brut Gaudio Magno shows a pale straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start
with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of hawthorn,
pear, pineapple and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple,
pear and pineapple. Passerina Spumante Brut Gaudio Magno is produced with
the Charmat method. |
