Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Gavi di Gavi Rovereto Vignavecchia shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of quince, honey and
hawthorn followed by aromas of pear jam, citrus fruits, plum, mature peach,
almond and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of quince, honey
and mature peach. Gavi di Gavi Rovereto Vignavecchia ages in steel tanks
and for 12 months in bottle. |
