Gavium shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of dried fig, honey and raisin followed by aromas of dried apricot, almond, lavender, date, apple jam and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of raisin, dried fig and honey. Gavium ages in steel tanks for 12 months.
