Monferrato Bianco EnnEEnnE shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach, apple and broom followed by aromas of pineapple, bell pepper, citrus fruits, honey and rosemary. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, apple and pineapple. Monferrato Bianco EnnEEnnE ages in part in cask.
