(Sicily) Palamita shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of citrus fruits, peach, pear and almond. The mouth as good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. Palamita ages for 5 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%
