Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Collio Pinot Bianco Talis shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances
of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and
pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and pineapple
followed by aromas of plum, hawthorn, broom and mineral. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of apple, pineapple and plum. Collio Pinot Bianco Talis ages for 5
months in steel tanks. |
