Moscadello di Montalcino Florus 2011
Moscadello di Montalcino (Tuscany)
Moscato Bianco

Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Moscadello di Montalcino Florus shows a deep golden yellow color and
nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleading and refined aromas which start with hints of raisin, dried apricot
and honey followed by aromas of dried fig, peach jam, candied fruits,
lavender, almond, sage and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors
of raisin, honey and dried apricot. A part of Moscadello di Montalcino
Florus ages in barrique for 12 months. |
