Colli di Imola Pignoletto Frizzante Doppio shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of peach, pear and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. Colli di Imola Pignoletto Frizzante Doppio ferments in closed tank.
