Colli di Imola (Emilia-Romagna)
Sauvignon Blanc
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Colli di Imola Bianco Salcerella shows an intense straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, elder and
apricot followed by aromas of peach, gooseberry, pineapple, acacia, nettle,
pear and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apricot, peach and
apple. Colli di Imola Bianco Salcerella ages in steel tanks. |
