Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Collio Friulano Ronco delle Cime shows a pale straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum
and pear followed by aromas of peach, citrus fruits, almond, hawthorn,
broom and chamomile. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear
and plum. A part of Collio Friulano Ronco delle Cime ages for 5 months in
cask. |
