Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Alta Langa Brut Cuvée Aurora shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start
with hints of banana, acacia and pear followed by aromas of apple, bread
crust, honey, yeast, plum, hawthorn and hints of vanilla. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and pear. A part of Alta
Langa Brut Cuvée Aurora ages in barrique and referments in barrique on its
lees for at least 30 months. |
