Trentino Pinot Grigio shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear, peach and citrus fruits followed by aromas of apple, hawthorn, broom and pineapple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and pineapple. Trentino Pinot Grigio ages for 3 months in steel tanks followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
