Rose Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
Bocca di Rosa shows a brilliant cherry pink color and nuances of cherry
pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas
which start with hints of cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of
raspberry, strawberry and cyclamen. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a pleasing crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, full
body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
cherry, blackberry and plum. Bocca di Rosa ages for 3 months in steel tanks
followed by 3 months of aging in bottle. |
