Costacielo Rosato shows an intense onion skin pink color and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry, plum and blueberry followed by aromas of black currant, blackberry, raspberry and cyclamen. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry. Costacielo Rosato ages for 3 months in barrique, 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in bottle.
