Orvieto Classico Superiore Il Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum
and broom followed by aromas of peach, pear, kiwi, citrus fruits, hazelnut,
hawthorn and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and peach.
Orvieto Classico Superiore Il Bianco ages for 7 months in steel tanks. |
