Costacielo Bianco 2012
(Campania)
Fiano (70%), Falanghina (30%)
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Costacielo Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and peach followed by
aromas of citrus fruits, hawthorn, broom, hazelnut and plum. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, pear and peach. A part of Fiano ages in barrique for
3 months. |
