Passirò 2012
(Latium)
Roscetto
|
Sweet Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Passirò shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of golden yellow,
moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of raisin, dried fig and peach jam
followed by aromas of honey, dried apricot, citrus fruit peel, vanilla,
saffron, candied fruits and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good
body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with
flavors of raisin, dried fig and dried apricot. Passirò ferments and ages
in cask for 12 months. |
