Brilliant greenish yellow and nuance of greenish yellow, very transparent. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of pear, pineapple and orange blossom followed by aromas of apple, broom, peach, hawthorn and jasmine. Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of pear, pineapple and peach. Produced with Charmat method.
