The wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, good effervescence with a pretty good and persistent perlage. The nose reveals clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of hawthorn and pear followed by aromas of pineapple, yeast, apple and hazelnut. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack however balanced, delicate, dry, agreeable. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and pear.
