Pale cherry pink and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, start with hints of cherry, strawberry and raspberry followed by aromas of peach, plum and cyclamen.

Crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and peach.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Cold cuts, Pasta with meat, Fish soups, Roasted fish
