 Pale golden yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and citrus fruits followed by aromas of pear, mature peach, honey, vanilla, grapefruit, pineapple, hawthorn, broom, almond, anise and mineral.
 Crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, plum and almond.
 12 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle.
