 Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of grape, banana and peach followed by aromas of apple, sage, pear, citrus fruits, white rose, lavender, apricot and broom.
 Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of grape, banana and pear.
 A small part ages in steel tanks, the remaining part in cask.
