Brilliant amber yellow and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of raisin, dried fig and quince jam followed by aromas of honey, walnut husk, candied fruits, date and vanilla. Pleasing sweet attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, dried fig and honey. 12 months in barrique.
