This wine shows a pale amber yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and elegant aromas which start with hints of dried apricot, honey and hazelnut followed by aromas of quince jam, peach jam, citrus fruit peel, vanilla and a pleasing hint of enamel. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack however balanced by alcohol, good sweetness, good body, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of dried apricot, honey and peach jam. This wine ages in cask for 12-18 months followed by an aging in bottle for 8 months.
