Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of banana, apple and pear followed by aromas of acacia, plum and jasmine.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Pretty persistent finish with flavors of banana, apple and pear.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Vegetable and crustacean appetizers, Risotto with fish, Sauteed fish
