Brilliant golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of raisin, quince and honey followed by aromas of candied fruits, ripe pear, ripe peach and citrus fruit peel. Sweet and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, quince and honey. Partially fermented must. Produced with late harvested grapes.
