Trento Brut Perlé 2008

Pale straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of banana, bread crust and plum followed by aromas of citrus fruits, acacia, yeast, grapefruit, praline, apple, hawthorn, pear and mineral.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, banana and grapefruit.

Refermented in bottle on its lees for at least 5 years.
