Deep ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of prune, black cherry jam and dried violet followed by aromas of blackberry jam, blueberry jam, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of prune, black cherry jam and blackberry jam. 2 months in steel tanks, 12 months in barrique, 4 months in bottle.
