Brilliant greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, peach and lemon followed by aromas of pear, broom, pineapple and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, peach and lemon. 6 months in steel tanks. A small part ages for 3 months in barrique.
