The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, good effervescence with pretty good and persistent perlage. The nose reveals clean and pleasing aromas which start with the typical aromatic hints of grape and peach followed by pleasing aromas of broom, apple, pear and banana. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet, crisp and effervescent attack however balanced, delicate and agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape and peach. This sparkling wine ferments for about 24-36 hours in order to obtain a partially fermented must.
