 Pale straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
 Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of banana, apple and plum followed by aromas of bread crust, grapefruit, praline, pear, yeast and hints of vanilla.
 Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of banana, apple and plum.
 Base wine fermented in barrique, refermented in bottle on its lees for about 48 months.
