Brilliant amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, transparent.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of raisin, dried fig and honey followed by aromas of apricot jam, peach, jam, caramel, candied fruits, quince jam, date, citrus fruits peel, walnut, tobacco, vanilla and nail polish.
Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of raisin, dried fig and date.
3 years in caratelli barrels, 1 year in bottle.
