Intense golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and citrus fruits followed by aromas of hawthorn, almond, ripe peach, medlar, broom and hints of vanilla.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and medlar.

12 months in cask.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta with fish, Mushroom soups, Stewed fish, Roasted white meat
