Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, banana and plum followed by aromas of peach, acacia, flint and hawthorn.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, banana and plum.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Fish appetizers, Pasta and risotto with crustaceans and vegetable, Sauteed fish, Dairy products
