Intense straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of citrus fruits, pear and honey.

Crisp attack with a pleasing effervescence, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Finish of moderate persistence with flavors of apple, plum and pear.

Produced in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Vegetable and crustacean appetizers, Risotto with vegetables, Sauteed fish
